The Ocean Endeavour is a comfortable, well-appointed expedition ship expertly engineered to explore the polar regions. The ship has an ice-strengthened hull (Ice Class 1B), zodiacs for exploration and remote landings, generous deck space and advanced navigation equipment. It offers a superb experience for up to 199 guests with facilities that include a nautical lounge, two restaurants, a sundeck and plenty of deck space for observation of the polar landscapes.
The ship’s interiors have a contemporary decor that gives the cabins and common spaces a bright and spacious feel. Passengers can choose from thirteen different cabin categories, from standard triple and twin cabins to spacious suites. The ship also has a number of single cabins that are offered without a single supplement on selected cruises.
The Ocean Endeavour is also the only polar adventure ship in Antarctica that is focused on health and wellness, with a wealth of new facilities including saunas, a small pool, gym, hot tub and a wellness cafe with a juice bar. The ship is designed to offer guests on-board services and amenities that will enhance their polar expedition experience. You will also find a Polar Boutique, where you can buy gifts as well as any gear you might need for Ocean Endeavour.
There is a great range of optional activities available on many of the expeditions on-board the Ocean Endeavour. This includes camping on the ice, sea-kayaking, cross-country skiing and mountaineering. For the first time in the Antarctic, you can also try stand- up paddle boarding.
