Albatros Expeditions is a Scandinavian company offering outstanding expedition cruises to the polar regions, with the aim of providing superior quality voyages combined with active exploration and great adventure.
Their team has decades of experience in expedition cruising to destinations worldwide, especially the Arctic and Antarctica and, of course, the Nordic countries. During their expedition cruises, the crew plans daily shore landings – made possible thanks to the ship's 20 Zodiacs, enabling travellers to disembark faster so that they don’t miss any exciting sighting opportunities.
The company's new ship, Ocean Albatros, is a 189-capacity vessel now established as one of the most modern small-ship vessels in the market.
Albatros is also committed to developing sustainable explorations, through educating their guests when on board, and putting measures in place to reduce the negative impact on the environment. They’ve implemented recycling programs to eliminate waste and have replaced chemicals products for biodegradable and eco-friendly ones.
