Kate Jamieson
Kate Jamieson is a renowned naval and maritime historian, serving as a council member for The Society for Nautical Research, The Navy Records Society, and The 1805 Club. Kate regularly delivers talks and lectures on naval and maritime history, exploration, and maritime security.
She has been invited to speak by the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, British Army, BBC, and National Geographic. Additionally, she has appeared as an expert in several television programmes, including Channel 4's "My Grandparents' War" with Keira Knightley, The Smithsonian Channel's "Combat Ships," and 5Select's "Sunken Warships: Secrets from the Deep."
Kate will bring her unrivalled expertise and passion for the great explorers of Antarctica to our cruise through a series of onboard lectures.
