Direct and travel agent bookings qualify. Return UK return executive transfers are included for a distance of up to 50 km to/from your departure airport (a journey of around 45 mins). Any additional km will be chargeable at the transfer company's rate. Transfers include one pickup and drop off without stops or wait time en route. Any additional stops or wait time will be chargeable at the transfer company's rate. The vehicle provided will accommodate one large bag and one small bag per person. Larger vehicles will be chargeable at the transfer company's rate. We cannot be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of transfers not booked in accordance with the transfer company's guidelines for timings with flights. If there are 4-passengers or more travelling together, we reserve the right to use an alternative standard transfer company that can accommodate all passengers in one vehicle. The maximum number of passengers we can accommodate in one transfer is 8. If you live in an area not served by Blacklane then we'll apply a discount on your booking to the same value, please supply evidence of the price of an equivalent transfer with a local transfer company. No other discount or cash alternatives are available on this offer. For any bookings where a local taxi company is used, or where we are not providing transfers, travel to and from the airport is your own arrangement and entirely your own responsibility. New Scientist and Polar Pioneer group bookings are excluded from this offer.
