Lucy is one of our Polar Specialists. Her grandfather travelled to Antarctica in 1926 on Admiral Byrd's expedition and she has impressive knowledge and experience of selling cruises to the polar regions.

"My absolute highlight when visiting the polar regions has to be seeing an Emperor Penguin. I have also visited Svalbard several times in search of the mighty polar bear and West Greenland, which was truly spectacular, cruising amongst the icebergs and visiting the Inuit communities along the coast. Travelling to the Polar regions is a truly memorable experience and I feel very privileged to have visited both North and South".

James is one of our Polar Specialists. After spending six months travelling across Latin America, James began his career in the travel industry putting his extensive knowledge and passion to good use.

Martin is the co-founder and director of Polar Routes. He has been selling expedition cruising to the Polar Regions for over 15 years and his passion for the Polar Regions keeps him returning time and time again! As well as heading up the company, Martin also regularly speaks as an expert on travel the Polar regions and also consults with a number of cruise operators.

Laura has worked in the travel industry for 9 years having graduated in Music & Media Management; she developed a passion for marketing and began working for a luxury cruise line, developing knowledge of cruise travel and its operators. Living in Spain for three years gave Laura the zest for travel and since then she has visited many countries and enjoyed her first visit to the polar regions.

'On my trip to Svalbard, we saw a total of 9 bears across 6 days, as well as Svalbard reindeer, arctic fox, seals and walrus. Filming a polar bear as she navigated the sea ice edge looking for seals, and playfully rolling in the snow was the highlight of the trip.'

Growing up in sunny Queensland, Australia, Kasey has had a passion for travel and adventure instilled in her from a young age.  Kasey found her passion when establishing herself in polar sales in 2017 and has since dedicated her career to helping people live out their once-in-a-lifetime dreams.

'I have been working in the Expedition Cruise Industry for over 6 years and specialising in Polar regions for the majority of this. I love the unique experience that comes with the Polar regions, it allows you to connect with your inner explorer and travel to many untouched destinations, and I try to offer this same unique experience to my client'

Felipe has been working in the travel industry for over 15 years, growing up in Brazil he has always had a passion for travelling to off-the-beaten-track destinations, and has experienced over 65 countries - including his 7th continent, Antarctica!

'Watching an Antarctica sunset, surrounded by icebergs and amazing wildlife whilst the snow was falling, was one of those powerful ‘pinch me' travel moments. I had finally conquered my 7th continent and I felt so privileged to have that experience – it's a moment I will never forget!'
